Dan Greenlee brings more than two decades of executive leadership to the world of wound care and hyperbaric medicine. He launched his career at Healogics, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President for over 15 years, overseeing operations across the Midwest region. Known for his sharp operational insight and collaborative approach, Dan was instrumental in contract negotiation, program design, and healthcare partnership development for one of the nation’s largest wound care providers.
He went on to serve as Senior Vice President at both SerenaGroup and Wound Care Advantage, where he drove clinical innovation and launched Advanced Discovery, a national initiative aimed at enhancing wound care research. Most recently, Dan held the role of Executive Vice President at Shared Health Services, where he led national growth and operational performance until 2024. Today, as an independent consultant, Dan continues to shape the industry through strategic guidance, helping healthcare organizations optimize their wound care and hyperbaric programs with a focus on patient outcomes and long-term success.
