Ashley N. Agnew is a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 13 years of nursing experience and a deep focus on wound care and hyperbaric medicine. As a valued team member at the St. Augustine Hyperbaric & Wound Care Center, she works under the direction of Dr. Sherif El-Salawy to deliver innovative, patient-centered treatment. Ashley’s expertise spans a wide range of advanced therapies, including NPWT, debridement, skin graft applications, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) — all aimed at promoting healing and restoring quality of life for patients with chronic or complex wounds.

Ashley’s background includes impactful roles at renowned institutions such as Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, where she collaborated across disciplines to manage challenging cases and train incoming staff. A lifelong learner, she earned her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Jacksonville University in 2024, and holds additional degrees from Ohio University, Fortis College, and Ivy Tech Community College. Known for her attention to detail, commitment to evidence-based care, and genuine connection with patients, Ashley continues to raise the standard of wound care through clinical excellence, continuous education, and an empathetic, team-based approach.
